Summer 2013 Internship Application

River Source offers an internship/job shadow opportunity that includes exposure to ecological restoration work, monitoring restoration projects, river ecology, and field work. This will be a great opportunity to learn about watershed restoration in the Santa Fe River on the Pueblo of Cochiti, monitoring riparian restoration at Buckman area on the Rio Grande, and working with River Source staff. The internship starts June 10 and going to approximately July 27. Applicant requirements include: age ranges from 16 25 years old has a demonstrated career interests in natural resources, education, and community organizing is preferably Native American and (from Cochiti Pueblo or other Pueblo south of Cochiti but not required) can demonstrate the ability to provide transport to start location at River Source office in Santa Fe and to Cochiti Pueblo

The successful applicant/intern will receive a stipend.
