John Grillo sailing Wendigo, a Sabre 36, finished first with a rating of 123 after starting at 11:23 am. Randy and Gail Rice finished second in their Pearson 30 Rita P, which had the highest rating of 192 and started at 11 am. Spencer Drake finished third in his Frers 33 Avalon with a rating of 108 after starting at 11:28 am.

    Conditions: Dense fog and rain with light southeast winds, seas lumpy offshore thanks to Hurricane Juan. The race evolved
    into a power boat race for all around Eagle Island due to a strong out going tide and little breeze. A Minke whale and
    porpoises came by to visit most before they rounded Halfway Rock.
