Secure/Encrypted messaging communication System

Project Title:

Secure/Encrypted messaging communication System

Objective:

Encoding a Message signal mainly a sound signal producing an encrypted medium for transmitting and receiving messages by using decoding / encoding algorithm.

Introduction:

What we are aiming for In this project is to remove human voice (vocals) from an audio file i.e. Song file, being able to achieve that we will be able to have a clear, noise-free and convenient piece of music (instrumental) that can be used in many applications such as in karaoke machines where ONLY the music is needed in the Song, also the industry of mobile ring tones will have a great usage for it. DJs will find this application very useful as it will be very easy and feasible to create remixes.

Method:

The approach makes use of basic algorithms for filtering and modulation. With Message as input, the resulting output is encoded .The hardware on which the proposed encoded/decoded algorithm will be tested on the DSP starter kit. The original message is recovered when the output of one DSK is used as the input to a second DSK running the same program.

Expected Outcome:

Using a two Kits of TMS320C6711 one of them is an encoder and the other is a decoder (Encryptor and Decryptor) we will generate a secure medium used to transmit audio signals/messages between two spots transmitter and receiver without any interruptions to out medium and securely protect our message from being decoded and getting its information/content extracted.
