Hi Agita -Our software does not include modules to communicate systematically between patient and their family. I am not sure what you are looking for. Do your patients have email? Our software is used for medical billing, managing appointments and entering notes. It is designed to use US standards for paper and electronic claims and payments. I am not sure how applicable that is in Indonesia.
