Sub: Work Order for Website Design & Hosting and Brochure Design & Printing Ref: Quotation Ref. No. ITBS/KAR-Mys/CL024/2012, Letter dated 5/10/2012 With reference to the above subject and discussions that we had with your good self, we are pleased to release our work order for Website Design & Hosting and Brochure Design & Printing work for our Cluster towards Capacity Building activity under MSE-CDP Scheme funded by of Govt. of India. This work order is issued under the following terms and conditions: 1. Scope of work:a) Website Design & Hosting b) Brochure Design & Printing work-100 copies c) Maintenance and update of the Website for One Year 2. Time Schedule:- 15 Days from the Issue of this Work Order 3. Payment Schedule: - Rupees 36,000/- Advance on the Day of Issue of this work order and balance payment after completion of work i.e. Subject a & b of Section 1 in Scope of Work. 4. Tax and Statutory / Other Deduction:- Service Tax if applicable will be paid by us and statutory deductions shall be made as applicable. 5. Jurisdiction:- The court order in all respect shall be constructed and operative in conformity with Indian Laws and be subjected to the jurisdiction of court in Mysore.
