I choose the CUT-OFF frequency = 5Khz We know that f = 1/2* 3.14 * R * C I choose C = 0.1uF. Then calculate the value of R = 318.30 ohm

The Gain of this Filter depends on the resistances R1 and R2. We know the close loop gain of a Non-inverting Amplifier is = 1+(R1 / R2) Here R1 = R2 = 1Kohm.So the gain of the Amplifier is(Av) = 2. In Decibel = 20*log(Av) = 6.02db
