), Overwhelming popular demand has informed us that parents and guardians want to know all they can about their students 7th grade year long before September. You are invited to a presentation on Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30-8pm in the school library to learn all about Leland and Grays middle school programs. Presenters include school leaders, teachers, and middle and high school students. Topics include: Academic Expectations and Preparation for Excellence Required, Elective and Accelerated Courses Academic Supports Athletic, Music, Theater, and Student-Designed After-School Activities Student Leadership and School Spirit Advisory and Assembly Programs School Counseling and Educational Support Services Daily Schedule Summer Programs and Other Preparation for Middle School Student Rules and Campus Supervision Expectations of Teachers and Staff And, of course, any other topic youd like to learn about! In addition, we welcome questions about 8th grade and high school opportunities expanding each year. You will have a chance to visit classrooms and speak in small groups on topics of particular interest.
