    Payment Structure & Refund Policy

    The Moot Fees have been set at $850 for Participants and $650 for Staff. Expedition fees will vary depending on the type of expedition you select. A full list of expedition choices and prices are available on the WAM website at wam2014.com.au/expeditions once confirmed. Below is a guide for when payments are due. 1st PAYMENT Due 1st April 2013 Participant $450AUD Staff $350AUD 2nd PAYMENT* Due 1st July 2013 $400AUD $300AUD EXPEDITION FEE TOTAL st Due 1 October 2013 Expedition Fee $850 AUD + Expedition Fee Expedition Fee $650 AUD + Expedition Fee

    **A fee of $100 will be added onto the Moot fee for new applications received after 30 th September 2013. Payment must be received by 15 November 2013 or a late fee may apply.

    Refund Policy
    The table below refers to the amount returned to the applicant should they withdraw from the event.     *In all cases a $50 administration fee will be held by the Moot Organising Committee. For example, if an applicant withdraws on the 1st of August but has only paid their first payment of $450, only $400 will be refunded to the applicant. If a participant has paid their expedition fee before withdrawal any refund will be at the discretion of the Moot Chairman and Finance Director. Substitution of Registrants Substitution of one applicant with another is available at any time. A $50 administration fee will apply for any substitution made on or after 1st September 2013. Appeals outside of the refund policy may be considered by the Moot Executive Committee in consultation with the Scouts WA Finance and Investment Committee.
