Practice using them in sentences, finding them in books, etc. Practice writing simple sentences about an illustration or a photo your child likes, and try to add details. (ex. I see an apple. I see a big, red apple.) Dont forget to use a capital letter, finger spaces, and a period when writing a sentence!

Library books are due on Day 2, February 19th. We will have a field trip on Wednesday, February 20th. Please send in the permission slip and KD1.500 by Tuesday! Thursday will be our celebration of Kuwaits National and Liberation Holidays! Your child is encouraged to wear the Kuwaiti national dress, costume, and/ or colors! A new list of Jolly Phonics Word Box words is in todays folder. If you returned your book last week, a new take home book was sent home today. Please return it on Thursday!
