SIP Objective -- a one-sentence overview of your SIP.

The objective of my SIP is to create a size-adjustable controller for use with the Xbox360 and PS3 game systems.

Sprint Objective -- A concise statement of what will be accomplished by the end of the Sprint. Most likely this will coincide with one of the "Objectives" from the Project Logic Model.

The following were the sprint objectives for each sprint stage of the class.

Research of controller ergonomics, electrical components, areas of concern or discomforted areas on current controllers, and mathematical measurements being used on the intended designs. Creating the 2D designs for both console controllers- but before we reach this point, we will have all research completed and gathered. After this is complete, a 3D design and model will be created. The use of the 3D printer after modeling will go along with testing out the shape and design. The next step in construction: Gathering the data collected by testing and research will go into making a physically working product and re-design if needed.

Sprint Backlog -- A list of what activities need to be accomplished in order to meet the Sprint Objective (most likely these will coincide with the "Activities" from the Project Logic Model). Give time estimates (in hours) for each activity. If an Activity is more than 3-5 hours, then it needs to be broken up into smaller Activities.

The following are the sprint objectives with the time estimates for each individual activity.

Research of controller ergonomics, electrical components, areas of concern or discomforted areas on current controllers, and mathematical measurements being used on the intended designs. Research of controller ergonomics - 5 hours Research of electrical components - 5 hours Research of areas of concern - 5 hours Creating the 2D designs for both console controllers- but before we reach this point, we will have all research completed and gathered. After this is complete, a 3D design and model will be created. The use of the 3D printer after modeling will go along with testing out the shape and design. Creating 2D designs - 5 hours 3D Models - 5 hours The next step in construction: Gathering the data collected by testing and research will go into making a physically working product and re-design if needed.

Data Gathering includes creating receiving and interpreting data from our various surveys - 3 hours
