1. Minutes Meeting called to order at 719. Minutes read and approved. 2. Financial Report Report given and approved 3. Next Meeting Next meeting Annual Meeting March 22nd Princeton Legion This will be a potluck with club providing drinks. 4. President Report Nothing new 5. Activities Report Winter ride to Harrison Hills Feb. 9th or 16th-did not go riding at Harrison Hills, but did go riding out at the Shurpit Farm. March 30th Charity Ride- starting to make trails this weekend. Meeting at noon Pulvermachers April 6th Charity Ride May 16-17 Youth Expo-Dodge County Fair Grounds Brat Fry- was a success. Raised right around 200.00 dolloars after everything was paid for. Thanks for the help. WATVA Convention April 19-21st Make your reservations now. Stoney Creek Wausau 6. Old Business Web Site Calendar is moving along. Naomi is going to call everyone who has sent sponsorship to clarify on digital advertising. Will be ordering 40 calendars to start with more to come if needed. Follow up sponsors- Julie will be calling Bignell while Ernie is going to check with K&M, Naomi Bohn, and Ernie Beaverdam. Safety class handouts- this year we had flashlights with our logo on them made and will be giving them out to the students of the atv safety class. Also was decided to hand them out with the renewals also. Burke motion, Howie second. Unanimous vote. 7. New Business Elections- 2 positions are up for election. Treasurer Julie and Board member Erv. Motion was made by Naomi second by Amanda for Lara Roehl for Treasurer. Unanimous vote motion by Clint Burke second by Julie Siegle. Motion carried. Motion was made by Naomi second by Howie for 3 year board position Julie Seigle. Unanimous vote motion by Lara second by Clint Burke. Motion carried Motion By Naomi for Amanda to fill the one year vacancy of Lara Roehls board position. Second by Lara. Unanimous vote motion by Lara second by Clint Burke. Motion carried.. Congratulations to our 3 board members. Lara Treasurer, Julie new 3 year term, Amanda 1 year term. 8. Marquette County Trails/Green Lake County Trails Charity Rides- Ernie is still making contacts with new landowners as trails have changed this year due to field plantings. Kolpin is again on board with prize donations.. THANK YOU KOLPIN Ernie is attending a Towns Association meeting to talk about the ATV trails.
