Dish name: BEANS AND APPLE VINAIGRETTE SALAD Four Portions: Ingredients: Si. No. Quantity Unit Description 1 0.5 Kg Beans 2 0.5 Kg Apple 3 0.2 Ltr Vinegar 4 0.1 Ltr Olive oil 5 To taste Seasoning Metod: Prepare the beans by cutting it into 1 cm length and blanch it. Slice the apples to length-wise. Do this at the last minute to avoid the apple turn to black. Mix the vinegar and olive oil with seasoning of salt and pepper according to taste. Gently blend the prepared beans and apple to the dressing just before serving. Serve the salad on bed of lettuse.
