Nasi Goreng Bahan nasi goreng : 250 gram Nasi putih, jangan menggunakan nasi yang terlalu pulen.

1 butir Telur ayam, kocok lepas. Minyak sayur secukupnya, untuk menumis Bumbu 1 : 30 gr Bawang Bombay, cincang kasar 1 siung Bawang putih, cincang halus 1 btr Bawang merah, iris tipis 2 buah Cabe merah besar, iris tipis 1 sdm Daun bawang, iris tipis Bumbu 2 : 1 sdm Kecap asin 2 sdm kecap manis 1 bungkus kaldu sapi atau ayam Garam dan penyedap rasa secukupnya Cara Membuat Nasi Goreng 1. Panaskan minyak ,tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay dan bawang merah hingga harum. 2. Masukkan telur kocok, orak-arik hingga telur setengah matang lalu tambahkan sisa bumbu 1, aduk rata. 3. Masukkan nasi, kemudian aduk sampai tercampur rata. 4. Tambahkan bumbu 2 lalu aduk lagi sampai nasi dan semua bumbu tercampur rata. 5. Masak sampai matang lalu sajikan selagi hangat. Fried Rice Fried rice Ingredients: 250 grams of white rice, do not use too fluffier rice. 1 whole chicken eggs, beaten off. Taste vegetable oil, for frying Seasoning 1: 30 g Onions, roughly chopped

1 clove garlic, finely chopped 1 btr red onion, thinly sliced 2 pieces of red chilli large, thinly sliced 1 tbsp Spring onion, thinly sliced Seasoning 2: 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 pack of beef or chicken broth Salt and flavorings to taste How to Make Fried Rice 1. Heat oil and saute garlic, onions and shallots until fragrant. 2. Enter the beaten eggs, scrambled up soft-boiled eggs and add the remaining seasoning 1, mix well. 3. Add the rice, and stir until well blended. 4. Add seasonings and stir 2 more until the rice and all the spices well blended. 5. Cook until done and serve while warm.
