JUST THREE STRATEGIES

Acts 17:2-3

Paul had three strategies for reaching Thessolonica:

I. HE REASONED WITH THEM

The benefits of spiritual conversation:
1. It introduces people to one another
2. It increases the likelihood of learning
3. It enhances fellowship
4. It invites outside participation
5. It promotes personal compassion

I. HE EXPLAINED TO THEM
…to make clear or intelligible
…to make known in detail
…to make clear the cause or reason of
…to account for
…to give an explanation

What does this do?

1. It enhances unity
2. It provides a forum:
a. To learn together
b. To worship together
c. To fellowship together
d. To be called and commissioned together

III. HE PROVED TO THEM

1. By means of the Word of God
2. By means of his personal life and testimony
