PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: To study the payroll structure of employees. SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: To analyze the Job profile and study the job description. To analyze performance level of employee. To analyze employee satisfaction level.

Many employees are posted in various hubs away

from Head Office ( Ernakulam).

About the Study


Till date: Hierarchy in each departments. Different levels of employees- Trainees, Probationers and Permanent. Also studying the performance appraisal process of the employees in the company The components of the payroll structure of MCSL employees (initial stage)

Future: To study in detail how the payroll structure is prepared for the employees by coordinating with the HR team. To prepare a questionnaire for the analysis of employee satisfaction level.
