The witch from Heathcote has charges pending

Post Number:#1 01 Apr 2011, 17:43 Some of you know whom I am referring to. For those of you who don't, it is the breeder of Shanaye I speak of - a registered breeder gone very wrong. So I know many of you will be very pleased to hear..... Dogs have been seized by RSPCA!!! Court case is pending and Dogs Victoria are investigating. RSPCA had booked us to take 6 babies, however, only 3 have made it so far . There are also adults (breeding stock) but I am unsure whether they will be released to us due to some pretty ordinary issues surrounding them. It has taken a long time to get here, but looks like she may well be stopped in her tracks now. I know Tiff will be delighted to hear this as of all of us, Tiff is the only one who has seen first hand the mess these dogs were in. BTW Tiff, your four legged "rapist" was found on the property - dead from emaciation. Might sound harsh coming from me, but these dogs are so badly damaged not only from a physical sense but also a mental sense, I am grateful that those who don't make it to rescue will at least find a peace they have never known on earth. Sincerely, may they RIP Last edited by SHAR PEI Rescue Inc on 01 Apr 2011, 17:57 In foster care: Macy, China, Mimi, Scrumptious, Ripley, Dylan, Suki, Rumple, Stiltskin, Sheldon, Jonah, Harry, Reeshca, Bella, Coco, Bonsai, Dot www.sharpeirescue.com.au This post by SHAR PEI Rescue Inc has been liked by: 6 AngelaAndBatty Chook Devils Advocate Meegs Tiffany Witchy-poo Rating: 46.15% SHAR PEI Rescue Inc VIP Member 2 years of membership2 years of membership Posts: 1479 Location: Mornington Peninsular, Victoria Reputation: 27 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Post Number:#2 01 Apr 2011, 17:53 Oh shar, I am so very pleased to hear that she will be finally brought to account. I couldn't believe that SHE herself actually brought me into the

situation. She called me and asked for my help!!! She gave me permission to speak with the ranger, and speak I did, as you can imagine. There is a good bunch of people involved now putting the greater good of the pups and dogs first. Sadly, I expect there will be more casualties before they come to us, but as I said to the ranger today, knowing how they have lived and how they have been treated/ignored, those who don't make it to rescue will be better off. How sad is that? These particular guys have been transferred to Burwood for specialist care. Apparently the lilac has bad skin issues, so will see how they go with the advise I have given them, but if worst comes to worst and he doesn't respond to what they try, I will get some of our magic food over to them. Sadly all we could do for a long time was to watch her cruelty, Shanaye for one will never be "right". She is mentally affected but I am very pleased to say she is now in a home where they accept her and adore her for who she is. Knowing "she" bred Henry's grandfather, I figure Henry would be happy now that she has been flagged. I just hope it is enough to finish her off. But sadly I doubt she will stop breeding, only this time she will be a BYB In foster care: Macy, China, Mimi, Scrumptious, Ripley, Dylan, Suki, Rumple, Stiltskin, Sheldon, Jonah, Harry, Reeshca, Bella, Coco, Bonsai, Dot www.sharpeirescue.com.au SHAR PEI Rescue Inc VIP Member 2 years of membership2 years of membership Posts: 1479 Location: Mornington Peninsular, Victoria Reputation: 27 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Post Number:#11 Unread post01 Apr 2011, 20:38 Will there be media coverage? They should throw that hag into one of the kennels and leave her to starve & rot. ******** bitch of a thing she is. I think we are all so happy that Shaneye found her forever home bless her. It took a while but lets hope the end results will be fitting to what she put those poor Peis through. :twohug <-------- for all of your efforts and hard work. I doubt there will be media coverage Rein, perhaps when we take them but I doubt about the seizure itself. I can see Tiff in my minds eye doing her happy dance lol And I know you are as delighted as I am MMM I still can't believe the silly cow involved me lol. She wanted me to take the dogs she had left, and "mind" them for her until this was over. I told her I would take them and desex them. She wasn't happy hearing that PMSL!!! Babies Skyla and Shanaye, I suspect about 12-14 weeks. How on EARTH could she have mucked these two up in such a short period of time? They came to me at about 28 weeks. I must admit they do look like they have bellies full of worms, poor bubba's. I still can't believe she thinks I am her friend!!!! I figure keep your friends close but keep your enemies closer describes my relationship with her! You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

It'll be interesting to find out what sort of punishment will come from this, seems as though people charged with animal cruelty get away with fines & lifetime bans on owing animals (if they can actually keep track of that?) I'd like to see someone get jail time for this sort of cruelty. No doubt it will be a fine, slap on the wrist and carry on doing what you were (at least this time without registration) I'd like to believe there's some kind of mental illness in people who treat animals this way but deep down I think they're just self-absorbed arseholes who are blind to the suffering of animals in their so-called care. Throw the book at her, and I hope it's a heavy one with pointy corners. Meegs VIP Member 2 years of membership Posts: 6858 Location: Tasmania Reputation: 69 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Post Number:#23 02 Apr 2011, 11:07 Actually, I genuinely believe she is mentally ill. However, I still can't accept this as an excuse for her cruelty. My cousin (may she RIP) was mentally ill and had umpteen dogs and pups running around the house breeding and pooping. As a family we stepped in, (one time she was in hospital) literally got a huge skip and cleaned house. All but 2 of the dogs when to a shelter and the remaining two were desexed. Treat her the same as she treated those dogs. Glad that you have your hands on at least some of them, knowing how you are and what you do i know that they are now well looked after and that they will only go to the best of homes after being health checked and desexed and pronounced fit and well again. I, as are so many others, wishing you the very best of luck with the dogs that you have from this person, and again wishing you the best of luck in that this woman is legally punished, and that she will get a lifetime ban on never owning another dog or animal again. Knowing where they come from they will be fearful and will need lots of training. They also have skin ear and eye issues. Every day they stay with the RSPCA at this stage of their lives, we loose a valuable opportunity to instill good manners. No idea how long they will need to stay there, it is a grey area as they want them to come here, but at the same time, they may need them for court. Rock and a hard place. Yes Cat I do believe there is another flower in there. Sienna leaves us and we end up with another. Who'd have thought?
