    Design 2012 I. Rationale: The vision and mission of alternative learning system of Pantukan Municipality is to fast track the illiterates to become literate by 2015. The massive literacy mapping for 13 barangays will be the basis to determine the numbers of illiterates in every barangays. II. Objectives: 1. Reduce illiterates rates by 2015 of every barangays. 2.
