GREEN TEA SPONGE CAKE IN RICE COOKER

4eggs 2)Flour 100 gram 3)Sugar 100 gram 4)Water 80 cc 5)Salad oil 40cc 6)Salt 1/2 tea sp 7) Tea leaves/powder(of your favorite flavour)any amount you prefer.. Method~Seperate yolks and egg white in seperate bowls.Add half of the sugar to egg white.Mix till foamy.(Repeat t he same with yolks with the remaining sugar,beat till colour changes to creamy/yellowish.)Add salad oil and water into the creamy/yellowish mix.Mix well.Add flour and salt.Pour the mixed egg white onto creamy/yellowish mix.Add tea leaves/powder.Mix well~~~

Pour everything into your rice cooker ,then drop cooker gently(to release the extra air) Set the cooker like how you'd cook your rice.Once it's done,poke with a toothpick to check if it's properly baked.If it's not,reset. Important:always mix ingredients well!
