Dear Student Presenters: Greetings from the Scientific Session Committee of the 101st Annual Convention of the Philippine Dental Association! We would like to remind you that the PDAs Annual Convention will be held from September 23 to September 27 at the SMX Convention Center. In connection with this, please be reminded of the following: Poster board Layout: The poster should be 81 centimeters wide and 106 centimeters long (32 inches wide and 42 inches long),portrait orientation. This size was made in consideration of large format printer capacity. Please observe strictly. Presentation: Ingress of Posters: Presenters are responsible for affixing their own posters. Poster set up will be from 13:00 to 17:00 on September 22, 2009. Please proceed to the Scientific Committee Lounge on the said date for instructions and designation of poster boards. Exhibit Opening: The poster board exhibit shall be opened on September 24, 2009. All participants shall be in attendance on this date to answer any queries from the viewing public from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Presenters are encouraged to come in business attire or formal Filipino wear. Registration of Presenters: All presenters shall be personally responsible for payment of the registration fee to the 101st PDA Convention. This will entitle them to enter the Poster Presentation Area and the Trade Exhibit Halls from September 23 to September 26,2009. However, they may not enter the Session and Lecture Halls.

Announcement of Winners: The winners shall be awarded on September 25, 2009 at the exhibit site. Egress of Posters: Dismantling time will be from 15:00 to 17:00 on September 26, 2009. The Philippine Dental Association Scientific Committee will not accept responsibility for damage or loss of posters dismantled after this time.
