As compared to traditional media it is inexpensive, global outreach, focus on targeted customers contact building, flexibility and its impact generally can be easily measured. It can fantastically help in establishing brand, raise awareness about brand, pitch products in more interactive way, increase customer loyalty and feedback (through interactive nature), helps conduct effective market research and helps to strengthen customer service. Among many social media sites/channels, Facebook and YouTube are most popular. Facebook has more than 845 million active users as of February 2012; and YouTube has around eight hundred million unique users per month. Recommendation & Approval Required The competent authority is requested to approve the aforesaid proposal regarding social media marketing (Facebook ) of WCube Marketing (as it is lowest) at a cost of PKR 40,000/- for 6 to 8 likes. The marketing on face book will not only help to increase the level of communication with our customers but also create positive and progressive image of NBP in the mind of customers. Thus it will ensure customers sustained loyalty. Once approved the same could be forwarded to the concerned department for necessary action, release order and payment to be made to M/s WCube Marketing as per banks policies and procedures.
