PRES. PETER GROFF STATEMENT ON MILL

LEVY DECISION
DENVER—In response to today's 6-1 Colorado Supreme Court ruling on the legislature's

Colorado), Colorado Senate President Peter Groff (D-Denver) issued the following
statement:

“Everyone in Colorado wins today, especially Colorado’s children,” said Senate President
Peter Groff. “If Colorado is to compete in a global economy, we cannot allow education
to continue to go underfunded, and the ruling today affirms an important step forward."
