    STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

    __________________________________________________________________________________ I am a student of Electrical and communication Engineering at CVR College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad. I wish to pursue masters in Electrical Engineering offered by the Department of Electrical Engineering at your University. Areas of Interest: Of the many fields in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering spectrum like Electronic Devices and Circuits, Network theory, STLD, VLSI,COMMUNICATIONS. I am interested in Embeded systems too. Immediate Goals: I plan to work towards a Masters with a focus on Embeded systems. I would like to follow up on my interest in processors and controllers thorough my course work. I feel that this should be my next step to my road to a Graduate career in Electrical Engineering. Academic Background: Throughout 12 years of schooling, I had always been among the top 20% ranking students in the class. Currently with 64.25% in my B.Tech I was among the top 25% of the students of my batch in the Institute. Preparation for Graduate Study: My undergraduate preparation at the Electrical & Communication Engineering Department at CVR College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad has given me a very substantial knowledge of the basic areas of Electrical & Communication Engineering. Any amount of learning in Electrical & Communication Engineering would be incomplete without hands on experience of real time in industries. In this regard I completed various mini projects both out of my own interest and also as a part of some of my courses. Summing Up: I am aware of the hard work and perseverance necessary for masters work and I know that it is not always as exciting as the published results seem to indicate. Nevertheless, I am sure that my aptitude and drive will see me through the challenge. Looking forward to joining your university.
