Introduction:
Bangladesh is an agricultural country . Most of the people of our country depend on agriculture . But with increasing population our agricultural production is not increasing. From our independent our agricultural productions are not enough comparing to our population's demand. As a result we have to face output gap. Day to day this gap is increasing by leaps and bounds with our population. Actual output can be increased by proper utilization of our land and by the use of proper technology .

Output Gap
Output gap refers the difference between the actual output and potential output.

Here after analyzing from 19712010 we have found that from 1999 to 2003 our output is surplus. That our actual production is greater than our potential production.

But In case of other years we have noticed that our output is deficit. That means output gap.

Population Growth
From our independent the population growth rate was increasing. But in 2005 to 2006 our population growth rate was .76. that means our population growth rate decreased comparing to previous years.

Suddenly in 2010 our population growth rate increased.
