is dealing with BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD ( 811430-H ), a company that
selling scrap of stainless steel 304 and other stainless product.
3) MOHAMED NOR FADHZIL (hereinafter known as FADHZIL) is as project
management consultant.

hereby appoints

FADHZIL

as

its Sole

Agent and

Representative in any dealings either directly or indirectly with any person or

body corporate of BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD ( 811430-H ).
5) _____________hereby agrees with FADHZIL that this appointment is
irrevocable and will be paid RM0.55 per kg for the scrap stainless steel 304 as
management consultant untill the contract end with the BAHRU STAINLESS
SDN BHD ( 811430-H ).

6) FADHZIL hereby agrees with____________ that it will pursue all avenues in

order to secure a contract with BAHRU STAINLESS SDN BHD ( 811430-H )
which may include but not necessarily limited to appointing any Third Party in
order to do so.
