Review the central truth, the memory verse, prayer and confessions, and read the Bible story with your child each day. As this is done, let your child color in or put a sticker on the power outlet located on the back of the devotional. At the end of the week please sign as proof of completion and return to the PowerSource Information Center. Children who complete 3 weeks Power Cords in a month will have their picture posted in the foyer of Power Source and their name in the newsletter.

Jesus is alive!

For God so loved the world that He sent His only Son. . . John 3:16

On Good Friday Jesus died on the cross. After Jesus died his body was placed in a tomb and a huge stone was placed at the entrance. When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus body. When they got there, they saw that the stone had been moved. When they went into the tomb they saw an angel who told them that Jesus was not there and that He is risen! Mark 15:31- Mark 16:6

Father God, Thank you for sending Jesus to die on the cross for my sins. I am glad He rose again and is alive! Thank you for my parents, teachers and Apostles Ron and Hope. Protect them and bless the works of their hands. Help me to obey my parents so things will go well with me and I will live a long life on the earth. Help me to tell others how great You are. Thank you that because of Jesus, I am healed and whole. In Jesus Name, Amen

Psalm 106:1 I give thanks to You, Lord, for You are good;Your love endures forever. Matthew 6:33 I seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added to me.
