    A RESOLUTION CONCERNING EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS FOR PARKING TICKETS FROM PARK N PONY WHEREAS issues concerning parking are of perennial concern to students at Southern Methodist University, and Park N Ponys history of cooperation with the SMU Students Association in ameliorating the plight of parking on campus, and that oftentimes, multiple tickets are given for the same parking violation, as students are usually unaware that they have violated a parking regulation, and that Park N Pony has indicated it has the capabilities to address this concern in accordance with the recommendation made in this legislation, that Park N Pony implement a system whereby students are notified via email immediately upon receiving a parking ticket on campus, thereby decreasing the likelihood that multiple tickets are given for the same parking violation.
