The incumbent is responsible to assist Group General Manager HR for achieving the organizational goals through meeting the staffing requirements, bench marking staff competencies, and involving individuals in training / development for all group companies requirements. S/he will also be developed for SAP end user for HCM application

Responsibilities
Meeting the Staffing Requirement Develop and draft position and classification descriptions, including qualifications, requirements, and essential job functions, following discussions with Group General Manager HR and the respective HODs, as well as research from various outside sources. Screen, shortlist and refer suitable applicants for approved positions to the concerned HODs. Develop outside recruiting sources, i.e., universities & Colleges, professional organizations, search firms, Head Hunters etc. Participate in professional outreach activities (Job Fairs etc). Write job postings and classified advertisements. Document recruiting activities After selecting the individuals ensure their pre-employment checks, issuing their appointment letters and their induction programs.

Training and Development Ensure Staff Induction Trainings for new employees. Based on the recommendations of PDR, ensure the extraction of Training needs of individuals Ensure the issuance of Training Calendar and its implementation. Coordinate with out side Training institutes for arranging external trainings Design and implement concrete Post Training Evaluation System.

Other Activities: Work to issue newsletter. To be developed as HCM end user As Any other Assignment as given as special project.
