How to Make Stir Fry!

Ingredients: 1. Carrot 1 2. Broccoli 1 3. Shitake Mushrooms 2 4. Baby Corns 2 4 5. Bok Chai 1 6. Vegetable Oil 7. Onions 1 8. Garlic 2 Cloves 9. Water Half Glass 10. Longevity Noodles a packet 11. Deep Fried Tofu ( Sakura Brand ) 12. Salt 13. Water For Noodles ( 2 cups ) 14. Soya Sauce 15. Mushroom Oyster sauce 16. Thai Chili Paste ( Membrane Brand )

Equipments: 1. Wok 2. Wooden Spatula 3. Chef Knife 4. Cutting board 5. Peeler 6. Waste Bowl 7. Plate for serving 8. Aluminum Bowl 9. Kitchen bowl 10. Pot

Method: 1. Peel the Carrot then dice it 2. Cut the Shitake Mushrooms into long pieces 3. Cut the broccoli into small pieces 4. Dice the Baby corns 5. Fill half the pot with drinking water

6. Boil the water add noodles as well as well as 1 teaspoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 7. Boil the noodles for 2 minutes 8. When the noodles are soft drain the water out in the kitchen basket 9. Wash the noodles with cold water 10. Take half piece of the tofu and dice them into cubes 11. Peel the onion and the garlic 12. Wash the onion with tap water 13. Cut the onion length wise 14. Chop two of the garlic clove into tiny pieces 15. Place the wok on medium heat 16. Heat the oil, add chopped garlic and onions and mix thoroughly 17. Add carrots, corns and broccoli and cook for a while 18. Add in Bok Chai and Shitake Mushrooms and mix thoroughly 19. Add in Soya Sauce and Mushroom Oyster Sauce and Mix 20. Add in Noodles along with Thai Chili Paste Ensure that it is Fully Mixed with the Vegetables 21. Lastly, add in the Deep Fried Tofu and Mix Properly till it is Fully Blended with the Other Ingredients inside the wok. 22. Taste to see if anything needs to be added 23. Finally, Serve onto plate hot
