Sardine Cultlet
Ingredients:
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. 11. Sardine in tomato puree Onions cubed Ginger sliced finely Jintan putih 1 tspoon Chilli (red or green) Curry leaves Coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 egg (add more if batter is too thick) Mashed potato Bread (optional)
Procedure:
1. Mix ingredients 1-10 in a food processor and blitz. 2. If batter is soggy, add in bread to thicken. 3. Fry in hot oil till brown.
