    MOTION FOR EXPEDITED HEARING Our Ladys Inn, by and through counsel, respectfully moves for an expedited hearing on its second motion to intervene as a defendant in these proceedings and for the purposes of appeal. In support thereof, Our Ladys Inn states as follows: 1. Our Ladys Inn has filed a second motion to intervene as a defendant in

    the above-styled proceedings for the purposes of appealing the Courts judgment. 2. This time for appeal runs on April 14, 2013. If this motion is briefed and

    heard on a typical schedule, the earliest it could be heard is 14 days from today, April 19, 2013. 3. The Court may, pursuant Fed. R. Civ. Pro. 6(c)(1)(C), set a hearing for a

    date earlier than the normal 14 days. WHEREFORE, Our Ladys Inn respectfully requests that this Court schedule an expedited hearing on Our Ladys Inns Second Motion to Intervene, and that a ruling issue in such timely fashion that Our Ladys Inn is not foreclosed from fully exercising its opportunity to appeal.
