Crowd density : 2_4 people , above 5 , 6_8 people ( per square meter ) Crowd movement : speediness , positioning , congestion , gathering . Crowd typology : depends on size and scale Event crowd : world cup , sienna , Hindu festival, hajj . Management of crowd : planning , organization , action control , easing of access .

Consideration for crime prevention within the planning system: Responding to changes in policy and practice within England and Wales Planning policy ( sustainable development ) Poor planning can provide unsafe housing . The planning system affect the safety of any place. Legislation : there are a lot of policies for urban safety and development ( the localism act 2011 , neighborhood development plans , national planning policy , taylor review of planning guidance ) . The design can affect the crime prevention . Strength and update of the design . The design and layout of car parking position within residential housing affect crimes . Move cars from property . Park away from street scene . Footpaths are major crime risks ( no rear paths )
