Choco Pudding Ingredients: Chocolate Pudding: 1 package of agar-agar powder (7 gram) 50 gr granulated sugar 200 gr dark cooking chocolate,

melted 400 ml water 100 ml condensed milk 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten Vanilla Sauce: 1 tsp vanilla paste (original recipe using vanilla powder) 1 tbsp cornstarch 200 ml condensed milk Prise of salt 1 egg yolk, slightly beaten 300 ml water Methods: Chocolate Pudding: 1. Rinse pudding mold with warm water. Set aside. 2. In a sauce pan, mix condensed milk, agar-agar powder, granulated sugar and water. Boil over moderate heat and stir constantly. 3. Fold in melted dark cooking chocolate. Mix well. 4. Dissolved egg yolk with 2 tbsp with agar-agar mixture. Pour into the sauce pan, mix well and reboil. 5. Remove from the heat. Stir continuously until the vapor gone. 6. Pour into the mold. Let it cool. Refrigerate before serving. 7. Serve with vanilla sauce.
