    Dear Deeply Readers, Its an intense experience to see Syria through the lens of Nicole Tung. Her photojournalism has been a somber highlight of our conflict coverage this week, in a look at The Sound and Fury On a Wars Second Anniversary. That ran alongside a profile of a social media phenomenon known on Facebook as Lens of a Young Homsi, a photojournalism feed filed by Syrian civilians on the ground. With direct access to those citizens snappers, Alison T. Meuse showed us how In Homs, Cameras Capture a Citys Destruction. Also this week, we filed Patrick Hilsmans look at The Scuds Bombarding Aleppo and Mohammed Sergies Social Media Buzz on the Arab League and a Battle of the Easter Eggs Syria Deeply on Campus, the collegiate arm of Syria Deeply, was selected to attend the annual Clinton Global Initiative University conference, while our friends at Witness featured Lara Setrakians insights on using citizen video for professional journalism, a hot and highly relevant issue in digital media.
