    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that, Adnan Enterprise a renowned event management firm in the country is planning to conduct a daylong on-campus promotional event for the celebration of Bengali new year on behalf of its valued client Kallol Group Ltd - the renowned and established business firm in Bangladesh on 14 April, 2013 at the premise of Teacher-Student Centre (TSC), University of Dhaka. The firm is seeking your kind permission to arrange the event. During the daylong promotional event all of the visitors including the students will be greeted with the Nutri-C - an orange drink product of Kallol Group Ltd for free. I also promise that the place will not be left in a mess and will be cleared before we leave. I hope you will give us the permission requested. Thank you in anticipation. Best regards.
