With reference to our earlier discussion on Friday (22nd March 2013), I would like to propose the rental settlement for the premise as follows: 1. The premise will be vacant latest by 31st May 2013 and the outstanding rentals will be considered up to the vacant date. This will enable us to search, negotiate and allocate a suitable premise to transfer all our items from the current premise. The outstanding utility bills will also be settled latest by 31st May 2013 and all connections will be put back as normal. The balance of outstanding rentals will be paid within three (3) months beginning of 1st June 2013 as we need more time to arrange for settlement.
