Description
There are 350 kinds of sharks.
Sharks can live up to 20 to 30 years. Great white sharks can live up to 30 years.

Sometimes they can live up to 40 years. Tiger sharks can live up to 27 years. Sometimes they may live up to 50 years. The dogfish can live up to 100 years

Habitat
Sharks live in salty water.
Sharks swim in every sea in the world. Hammer head sharks live in warm water.

Food
Sharks eat sea birds, seals, turtles, crustaceans, and plankton.
Great white sharks eat large fish like dolphins, porposies, seals, sealions, whales,

sea turtles, tuna, rays, and smaller sharks. Tiger sharks favorite food is squid. Hammer head sharks mainly eat fish, squid, and octopus. Tiger sharks main prey is squid, fish, and turtles.

Babies
Some sharks hatch from eggs. Some develop inside there mother. And some grow up in leathery cases called mermaids purses. The mother lays her eggs in the purse. The eggs grow into baby sharks and hatch two months later.

Enemies
People are sharks worst enemies.
Hammer head sharks predators are, tiger sharks, great white sharks, and killer

whales. Large meat-eating sharks have no enemies in the sea.

Extra facts!
Sharks where around way before dinosaurs around 400 million years ago. The

dinosaurs appeared 245 million years ago Many sharks get trapped in fishing nets and drown. People kill sharks for sport and for there meat, skin, and oil. Sharks rarely eat people Sharks dont like the taste of human flesh Sharks can see and hear very well.
