    1. The Company is not black listed by any government body of Bangladesh. 2. Company is not insolvent in any court of Bangladesh. 3. Company is not bankrupt in any legal court or any authority. 4. There are no existing orders of any judicial court that prevents us entering into or signing contract with the purchases in accordance with ITT clause 5. 5. The company is not insolvent, in receivership or not bankrupt or not in the process of bankruptcy not temporarily based from undertaking our business for financial reasons and shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing in accordance with ITT.
