Chang Jiang River- The Chang Jiang River is even longer than the Huang He River and floods much less. It also starts in the high western mountains and then splits into three plains and then into a rich delta. out. Oasis- a place where water can be found in a desert Taklimakan Desert- It is about 105,000 square miles an it considered the most dangers desert in the world. Large sandstorms are common. Its name means once you go in, you will not come out Gobi Desert- Its the worlds largest desert and is made mostly of stones and pebbles. It is not as dangerous as the Taklimakan Slit- fine particles of rock Tributary- a stream that feeds into a larger river
