Vessel which arrived to Hai Phong on Sept 21st, 2011 (B/L AKGJ000055) Linh Trang Investment and Trading Limited Company request: 1. Haiyunda Chemical Co., Ltd have to send an officer who has jurisdiction or Inspection Company come to Vietnam to check the case of containers, as well as give an idea by letter in order to solve problems quickly. (Now, both 2 containers above still located at Hai An port Hai Phong, undertaken of Hai Phong customs officers and Hai An port. Hai Phong customs officers requested Linh Trang Investment and Trading Limited Company have to clearance those containers imediately, otherwise they dont allow us import any other goods from another countries. Because of these problems, this caused a serious effect on our business. 2. All associated costs for the late of containers at the Port (Environmental sanitation fee, Container Storage fee, the damage fee because theres no space for Hai An port import other goods..) we will notify Hai yun da Chemical Co., Ltd know and Hai yun da Chemical Co., Ltd have to pay all above fees. 3. If Haiyunda Chemical Co., Ltd continue to delay solving problems, we have to send this disputation to Arbitration center (Singapore) because of their breach of contract.
