Chapter 9 City of Ember Struggling Reader Partner Reading

A. B. Background Information Literacy 5th grade Individual 35 minutes Partner Reading Goals and Rationale To have the student connect and understand other students reading levels. Reading with another student will hopefully develop an understanding of the importance of reading with meaning.
