    1= NEVER; 2=INFREQUENTLY; 3=QUITE INFREQUENTLY; 4=QUITE FREQUENTLY; 5=FREQUENTLY 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

    1. I can brainstorm ideas in an intuitive, experimental and spontaneous way without being too selfcritical. 2. Do you rely on gut feelings when making decisions? 3. Not all my ideas are predictable, and not all workable. Some of them are odd, original, or even innovatory. 4. Do you remain calm when you have to make decisions very quickly? 5. I'm not scared by unusual or 'offthewall' ideas. 6. Do you make decisions without considering all of the implications? 7. When I look at work in progress I look mainly for how to improve it, not just how bad or good it is. 8. Do you prefer to avoid making decisions if you can? 9. On the whole I have sound judgement or taste about my work; I know what I like, and am led by that. 10. Do you find it difficult to think clearly when you have to decide something in a hurry? 11. I like ideas which are not quite like those people are expecting. 12. I don't mind if an idea is a bit of a challenge to get right. 13. Do you work out all the pros and cons before making a decision? 14. I am fairly clear on what criteria to use when choosing which idea to work on. 15. Is your decision making a deliberate logical process? 16. I don't reject an idea with a fault out of hand. Good ideas sometimes come with weaknesses that need working on. 17. Do you consult others before making a decision?
