WANTED FOR RAPE

Police are searching for a suspect wanted for three alleged rapes in the Wingate and Canarsie sections of Brooklyn that took place earlier this month. In the first incident, the perpetrator approached a 25-year-old woman on April 4 at approximately 9 p.m. in the vicinity of Albany Avenue and Fenimore Street in Wingate, before he allegedly lured the victim into a parking lot and raped her. In the second incident, which took place on April 11 at approximately 8 a.m., the perpetrator approached a 19-year-old woman in the vicinity of Remsen Avenue and Farragut Road in Canarsie before he lured her to the driveway of a private home and raped her. The third alleged incident took place on April 13 at approximately 8:15 p.m. The perpetrator allegedly approached a 15-year-old girl at a building in the vicinity of Midwood Street and Schenectady Avenue in Wingate before he allegedly lured her to the sixth floor of the building, where he raped her.

The suspect is described as being in his 20s, stands about 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs between 160 to 180 pounds and speaks with a Caribbean accent. Authorities say he was last seen wearing a green camouflaged jacket, pants, boots and a baseball cap that may have had a Knicks or Yankees logo.
