    Dear City Council Members, As a major supporter and guide of the City Centers expansion and success, I am pleased to be able to share the enclosed 2012 City Center Annual Report. 2012 has been another outstanding operating year for the City Center. As you may recall, 2011 was reported as the best year on record and 2012 has topped those statistics.
