Objective
My initial goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment to any student that walks through my door. I want to ensure my students get the best education that I can provide, and also push my students to strive for success. A student should never feel as if he or she has failed. Failure does not mean that the child is incapable of learning, but the child needs a different learning alternative. As a teacher my job is to motivate, and provide successful teaching methods that leaves no child behind.
