    June 15, 2007 MR. ANDREW CASTILLANO 23 Romarosa Avenue, Quezon City Dear Mr. Castillano,

    We have reviewed your performance as a probationary employee for the period prior to today. Based on available records and the performance appraisal reports of your immediate supervisor and manager, we regret to inform you that you have not met the standards for your continuing employment on a probationary basis. You will recall that your functions and the standards of performance expected of you were sufficiently explained to you by your superiors. Your probationary employment contract likewise indicates the standards for regularization as well as for your continued probationary employment.
