MY TIME is a FREE su pport group w here parent s are invited to tak e part in a rang e of activ ities and to hav e some t ime wit h other parents in similar situations.

It giv es you a chance to speak, l isten, learn and relax on a regular basis. It is a great group to be part of! The group meets on regular basis during school terms. The sessions include talks on various topics, parenting information, communication workshops, craft activities, nutritional and cooking sessions, pampering and more !
