Executive Summary
The intent of this document is to exemplify a model of the new Carolina Yard Pro (CYP) system. This
document consists of three major sections explained as follows:

Entity Relationship Diagram Provides a visual description of the database that includes the
entities that encompass the system data and how they are related.
Mock-Up Forms and Reports Illustrates the overall appearance of the system, including input,
output, and navigational elements of the user interface.
Sample Reports Provide a model of what the system returns to the user once data is entered.

When the context of all three sections are examined together, the document will provide insight into
the design and overall feel of the CYP system.
