Abstract
U

The aim of this research is explain the concept of electronics learning,

properties, advantages and the problems that could be facet and how can
solve them.
There are many systems specialized in management E-learning such as
(LMS) Learning Management System and (LCMS) Learning Content
Management System and each of which has its own properties thus, they
have some similarities as well as some differences in addition to make
comparison between traditional technique and electronic technique in
education .
The research also includes full explanation about how to use the
protocol SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model ) to
communicate between single source and (LMS) and how to convert the
traditionally academic context into electronics one.
