Azonto Theater By-laws

3-Strike Policy

1. Any member who is going to miss or be more than 5 minutes late to any
scheduled meeting MUST contact another group member prior to the start
time of the meeting.
2. Any member who is going to miss or be more than 5 minutes late to any class
meeting MUST contact another group member prior to the start time of the
class meeting.
3. All members must complete task assigned/expected by the time is it
needed/due, failing to do so results in Strike and provisional probation until
completion of next assigned task. If expectations have been met for next
assignment, member will return to good standing. Any member who repeatly
offends throughout semester will result automatic determination of
membership by remaining memebers of Anzonto Theater in order to keep
overall group moving forward.
4. All members must be active participants to Azonto Theater by providing
feedback, ideas, and active participation. All members are expected provide
feedback and commentary while expressing related ideas pertaining to group
disucssions.
5. Each member will treat others with respect. Any remember disrespectful to
others will face discussions and determination of their membership on a
case-by-case basis.
Failing to abide to any by-law will result in 1 Strike. If a member receives 3-Stikes,
the determination of their membership will be discussed by remaining members of
Azonto Theater.
As an active participant of The Azonto Theater group, my signature
represents my understanding and agreement to bylaws, what constitutes as a Strike
and possible consequences.
