Purchase Order Entry the entry, edit, and receipt of purchase orders or vendor returns. Purchase orders or returns can be automatically generated or manually created at any time. Purchase order generator automatically creates vendor purchase orders on a calendar based schedule. Orders may be setup to only generate if minimum order quantities, value or weight is met. Multi-level pricing maintains accurate Purchase Order pricing based on vendor defaults, matrix, or quantity break pricing. P/O History allows the review of purchase orders and returns after they have been received for reconciling to A/P Invoices.
